The carefully balanced spice blend builds a complex, layered heat that's bold without being overwhelming – a sausage with genuine personality and real BBQ credentials. Supplied frozen in an approximately 600g pack and sold raw, simply defrost thoroughly before cooking. Cook slowly on the BBQ over indirect heat for the most authentic smokehouse result, or pan-fry over medium heat for fifteen to twenty minutes until deeply golden and cooked through.
