Our Sweet Chilli Pork Steaks are a brilliant addition to the Barlows marinated pork range – four generous 180g fresh pork loin steaks marinated in our vibrant sweet chilli glaze by our fourth-generation Nottinghamshire butchers. Ready to cook straight from the pack for a brilliantly flavourful, crowd-pleasing result any night of the week. The sweet chilli marinade delivers that irresistible combination of sweetness, gentle heat and stickiness that works beautifully on pork. As the steaks cook, the glaze caramelises to a gorgeous, sticky coating with a wonderful colour and an appetising aroma that will have everyone in the kitchen investigating what's cooking. Cook in a hot pan or on the grill for three to four minutes per side until golden and cooked through, or BBQ over direct coals for a wonderful charred finish. Rest briefly before serving. Serve with Egg fried rice and stir-fried vegetables for an Asian-inspired meal, or with thick-cut chips and a crisp slaw for a more classic combination.
