Handcrafted by our skilled butchers and bakers in Nottinghamshire, each pie is made to the same exacting standards that have defined Barlows for four generations. The base is a traditional hand-raised hot-water crust pork pie – firm, golden and filled with seasoned, coarsely ground pork in the classic style. The Stilton topping adds a striking finishing layer that melts slightly as the pie reaches room temperature, delivering a sharp, creamy richness that complements the savoury pork beautifully. Perfect as a generous individual treat or as the star of a picnic, ploughman's lunch or sharing board. Serve with a good fruit chutney, crusty bread and a glass of something cold.
