Handmade in our Nottinghamshire butchery using quality, coarsely minced pork in natural casings, these are classic, clean-flavoured pork sausages at their very best. No unnecessary additions or overpowering seasonings – just honest, well-seasoned pork that lets the quality of the meat speak for itself. Sold in 600g packs, typically providing around seven generous sausages, they're a brilliant everyday essential that never lets you down. Cook slowly over medium heat, turning regularly, for fifteen to twenty minutes until deeply golden and cooked through. Resist the urge to turn up the heat – a slow, patient cook produces perfectly golden, evenly cooked sausages every time.
