Our Tomato Pork Sausages are a Barlows speciality – handmade in our Nottinghamshire butchery using quality, coarsely minced pork with a vibrant, sun-ripened tomato seasoning in natural casings. A 400g pack of full fat sausages with real character and a flavour that sets them apart from a standard pork banger. The tomato seasoning adds a wonderful brightness and subtle Mediterranean sweetness that complements the rich, savoury pork beautifully. Made in natural casings with a satisfying coarse texture, these are sausages with genuine craft and character – a step above anything you'll find mass-produced on a supermarket shelf. Cook slowly in a pan over medium heat, turning regularly, for fifteen to twenty minutes until deeply golden and cooked through. Serve sliced through a pasta sauce for a brilliantly cohesive Italian-inspired sausage dish, in crusty rolls with roasted peppers and basil for a vibrant lunch, or as part of a full cooked breakfast for a flavourful alternative to a standard pork sausage.
