Packed with our own quality seasoned pork sausagemeat and wrapped in light, flaky puff pastry, these are sausage rolls with genuine depth of flavour that puts mass-produced versions firmly in the shade. As fourth-generation family butchers, we use our own quality pork to make sausagemeat that's perfectly seasoned with a traditional blend of herbs and spices. Simply place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-30 minutes until the pastry is golden and the filling is piping hot throughout. The aroma alone as they bake will have everyone in the kitchen. Serve hot for maximum satisfaction, or allow to cool and enjoy as part of a picnic, buffet or lunchbox.
